Ultra4KTV provides digital services. Once a subscription or digital service has been activated or delivered, refunds are generally not available.

2. Refund Requests

If you experience technical issues or billing errors, you may contact us at contact@ultra4ktv.de within 14 days of purchase.
Each request will be reviewed individually.

3. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical issues caused by our service
• Non-delivery of the purchased service

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Device incompatibility
• User-related technical issues
